Riding out the first few weeks: what actually helped the GI side?
Whatever your prescriber has you on, the early weeks seem to be where most people struggle — nausea, feeling full fast, the works. Dose and titration are between you and your prescriber, so I'm not asking about numbers — I'm asking about the day-to-day habits that made the adjustment easier. For me the things that helped were: eating much slower and stopping at "not hungry" instead of "full," keeping meals smaller and more bland on the day-of, and staying ahead on water. The stuff that made it worse: big late meals and greasy food. If you've been through the early titration weeks, what habit made the biggest difference — and what would you skip next time?
