Terms of Service
Effective date: June 19, 2026 | Last updated: June 19, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the WikiPeps mobile app for iOS and the WikiPeps website at https://wiki-peps.com, together with any related services operated by Dose Labs(“Dose Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the app or the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use WikiPeps. By using the app or the website, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.
2. Educational content — not medical advice
All content in the WikiPeps app and on the website is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in WikiPeps is medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a recommendation to use any substance. The app's journal and any health data it displays are a personal tracking tool, not a medical device, and must not be relied on for medical decisions. Always consult a qualified clinician. See our full Medical Disclaimer.
3. We sell no substances and link to no vendors
Dose Labs does not sell, supply, or source peptides, hormones, controlled substances, or prescription drugs, and provides no sourcing information or vendor links. WikiPeps is an educational and community resource. We are not affiliated with and do not endorse any vendor. No product payments are processed through the app or the user-facing website.
4. The WikiPeps app
The app is local-first: your journal and any Apple Health or WHOOP data you connect are stored on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for the choices you make using the information you record, and you assume all risk associated with any peptide or health-related decision. Keep your own backups of anything important; we cannot recover on-device data we never receive.
5. Community conduct (website)
The website community lets signed-in users post threads, comment, vote, and flag content. When you participate, you agree not to:
- Post sourcing information or vendor promotion — where or how to buy peptides, vendor names, links, discount codes, or solicitations to sell.
- Present dosing or protocols as medical advice or a prescription for another person.
- Fail to disclose a material connection (e.g., an affiliation with, or compensation from, any brand you mention), as required by FTC guidelines.
- Post content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes others' intellectual property, or impersonate any person or entity.
We may moderate, edit, label, or remove any content, and suspend or terminate accounts, at our discretion — including content that violates these Terms or that we consider harmful. Moderation does not make us responsible for user content.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of content you post to the community. By posting, you grant Dose Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within WikiPeps for the purpose of operating the community. You are responsible for the content you post and represent that you have the right to post it.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use WikiPeps for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app, the website, or their underlying infrastructure.
- Scrape or harvest data in a manner that disrupts service or the experience of others.
- Use WikiPeps to promote, sell, or distribute peptides, controlled substances, or prescription drugs.
8. Apple App Store
Your use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). To the extent these Terms conflict with that EULA with respect to your use of the iOS app, the EULA governs. You acknowledge that Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and that Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms entitled to enforce them against you.
9. Intellectual property
All original content created by Dose Labs— including the app, articles, guides, newsletter copy, graphics, and code — is our property or our contributors' and is protected by copyright. You may quote and link to our educational content for non-commercial, educational, or journalistic purposes with attribution. Wholesale reproduction without permission is prohibited.
10. Third-party links and content
WikiPeps may link to third-party research, websites, or resources. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Links do not constitute endorsement.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WikiPeps and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dose Labs, its officers, employees, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, or health outcomes — arising from your use of, or inability to use, WikiPeps, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed USD $50.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the U.S. state in which Dose Labs is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of competent jurisdiction located in that state.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of WikiPeps after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
