How do you read a peptide label or "mg" amount on a vial?

A vial might say "10 mg" but that is the total amount in the whole vial, not per draw — and that confuses a lot of beginners. How do you mentally separate "total in the vial" from "amount per dose"? A simple framing here would help newcomers avoid a classic mistake.
